After you’ve placed an order and we’ve processed your payment, your package will be sent for delivery. If you make a payment before 1PM PST, it will probably be sent out on the same day. If the payment is made after 1PM PST, it will go out the next day. Once the Shipping Carrier scans the package, we’ll email you the tracking information.

Certainly, all our pricing already includes GST/HST!

Orders are advanced to the processing stage exclusively after aligning your E-Transfer with the designated order number in the notes section of the transfer. Once acknowledged, the processing of your order will commence.

*Kindly anticipate a maximum of 2 hours for the Interac e-Transfer to channel your funds to our payment system.

Should your order remain pending for over 24 hours and your E-Transfer is still unresolved, it signifies that we have yet to receive your payment or that you may not have adhered to the provided instructions when dispatching the e-transfer.

We openly accept Interac e-Transfer as well as cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, and LTC.

  1. When you’re checking out, choose the Bitcoin Payment option.

  2. Follow the directions on the next page. Make sure to send the exact amount needed (excluding transaction fee), as our system requires this for order matching. Click the “Click here if you have already sent Bitcoins” button after sending the amount.

  3. Verification usually takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

  4. Once verification is done, your order will move to the processing stage, and you’ll receive an email.

  5. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking number.

    1. Sign up for online banking with your bank. You can do this online, or call your branch if you need help.

    2. Find the E-Transfers section in your online banking.

    3. Add our provided email and the total amount from the invoice.

    4. We’ll give you a secret word for the transfer, along with instructions. You’ll receive these after you’ve completed your checkout. Please be sure to read carefully and include your Order Number in the E-transfer notes.

After you’ve placed an order and we’ve processed your payment, your package will be sent for delivery. If you make a payment before 1PM PST, it will probably be sent out on the same day. If the payment is made after 1PM PST, it will go out the next day. Once the Shipping Carrier scans the package, we’ll email you the tracking information.

If your package doesn’t arrive by the expected delivery date from the Shipping Carrier, send us an email.

Next, you’ll need to start a trace with the Shipping Carrier to find your package.

After filing the trace, it might take up to 5 business days. If they find the package, it will be sent to you. If they can’t find it, we’ll send you a replacement valued at up to $500.

Keep in mind, we can’t give refunds for late packages since that’s up to the Shipping Carrier and not under our control.

Once the Shipping Carrier marks the tracking as “Delivered,” we’re not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen.

There might be various reasons. The Shipping Carrier could have used the wrong postal code due to the high volume of packages they handle daily.

If you’ve given us incorrect information, please verify your shipping details. Make sure everything is accurate.

This could lead to a delay of about 1-2 extra business days. (Please note: we can’t offer refunds if you provide an incorrect delivery address.)

Package Arrival Instructions:

When your package arrives, it’s a good idea to take videos and photos while unboxing the products. This helps ensure you’ve received everything you ordered and that the weights are accurate.

Order Early for Same Day Shipping!

Make sure to place your order before 9 AM PST to get it shipped out on the same day!

Please note, our team needs to process your payment to move the order into the processing state for same-day shipment.

Interac system can take up to 3 hours to send your payment to our provided email address. It’s a good idea to pay early to ensure your payment is processed before 9 AM.

Remember, Canada Post operates only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), so we don’t ship packages over the weekend. But don’t worry, you can still place orders and make payments as we’ll continue processing them through the weekend.

Possible Reasons for “Successfully Delivered” Status:

There are a few reasons your package might show as “Successfully Delivered,” even if it hasn’t been lost or stolen. It could be delayed in delivery due to the following scenarios:

  1. Postal Worker Process: Sometimes, postal workers scan all packages as delivered, and they might complete the delivery on the same day or the next business day.

  2. Wrong Mailbox: Your package might be placed in the wrong mailbox. It’s a good idea to check with your neighbors, just in case.

Please note, we’re not responsible for Canada Post’s mistakes, such as delivering your package to the wrong address.

If you haven’t received your package within 48 hours after the “Successfully Delivered” status, please inform us. We’ll initiate a trace with Canada Post, which usually takes around 5-7 business days.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery:

  • Double-check your shipping address for accuracy.
  • If you’re using a flex delivery address, ensure your account number is included, along with the correct RPO for pickup.
  • For community mailboxes, make sure the mailbox number is right.

Before assuming your package is missing, kindly check with your neighbors to confirm they haven’t accidentally received it.

Orders totaling less than $150 will incur a shipping fee based on your location within Canada. If your order is over $149.99, you will get free shipping.

Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada.

There is no minimum order requirement.

For consumable purchases, there are no refunds or exchanges allowed. However, non-consumable issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
